"I worked for WLW Capital as an Executive Assistant. The owner and managing partner do not care about any of the properties they acquire. Powerful and money hungry individuals who have no passion for what they do, but do this just do this to generate as much income as possible. Mold, leaks, broken ac’s, no hot water, etc. Go unattended for months, even years. There is a new property manager that is working diligently to fix over a year of intentional neglect, but the costs of these neglect induced repairs is making the owners very irate. Although I no longer work for the company, the owners now refuse to pay me on the pay date I had agreed to- causing me to have file a claim for unpaid wages. Steer clear of this place. A conversation with any tenant will give you any further confirmation you are needing."

"Place is cheap...and by meaning of cheap I mean the owner and management ! Place is filled with termites and roaches I don't care what building your in, you have them! They use people to do the half maintenence work from off the street they aren't "licensed", they dont spend a penny fixing stuff correctly, I have old ripped cigarette stain carpet and broken mixed tiles and they refuse to fix before I moved in cause it "wasn't in their budget". I've had a leaky roof since hurricane Irma it's now march! and have told them about my complaints more then 4 times! I just got tired of wasting my breath. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Go somewhere else! Termites are disgusting!"

"Falsely advertising move-in specials and claims the units they have aren't included in the special. Rude and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and quote for me $100+ more than my sister. No info received from us. Roaches, termites, drug dealing/use in the open. If you have children watch them in this area!!"

"This place is horrible. They have roaches and termites. The maintenance people take forever to fix anything. The manager is rude and doesnt care to listen to what you have to say. Many things in my apartment have been messed up since i moved in a year ago and have yet to be fixed. I dont recommend it."

"None of the ppl below still live here. If they do they are just bring nice.I am not! This place has been a problem since day 1. This place is horrible all the apt have issue with the a.c., roaches,termites to the point there in you bed sleeping with you. The refuse to fix maintainer problem as that you repeatly tell them about. Ppl move out left and right. I am too.property management does NOTHING when you complain. they find some reason to try not to give you all your deposit back. RUN don't walk away from here. Pay the difference and go some place else."
