"They never clean the outside of the apartments. No security ever. Spiders, flies, ants, and other insects are everywhere. Spiderwebs on every staircase. Really bad maintenance. There is only one nice person in the administration, Yesenia. They never answer calls. Now they're buying 5-star reviews by giving people $10 gift cards."

"We moved 2 months ago and absolutely loved it. The office staff, Lesley, Sobiesky and Joane, are great! They were really helpful thru the whole process. From the application to the actual moving day paperwork, they were there for us helping us if we needed it. Now that we are moved, if need anything, we go by the office and are treated with the same friendliness and care we were treated the first time. Any issue, is resolved within reasonable time. Even the maintenance crew is great, they friendly, polite and happy to help. We are really enjoying our apartment. Sometimes we just stop by the office to say Hi, because it feels like family. Thank you to Lesley and her office staff for all the great work that you are doing. God Bless you!"

"Awesome Services. Yesenia Was very helpful and is very self service even though she is busy is able to manage and help everyone out. In finding my apartment with them she made the process and explained everything for me to understand. I would really say I don't know her but If they had a person like her in every complex office would make it great.So when looking ask for her."

"LOVE the place. My apartment looked bran new and everything was clean. The staff was amazing and helped me threw the whole process especially Jessenia she was awesome. Its a very calm neighborhood that has 2 pools, 2 play areas for kids, a gym room, activity center and computer room what more can you ask for... I definitely recommend it to everyone."
