"It’s well-kept is very clean there’s no trash outside but you do have little minor things. Like one day I was sleeping I was visiting and was sleeping and someone knocked on the door when I went there wasn’t here so you have kids running around knocking on the door and you do smell marijuana, and the other than that it’s a very good place to be."

"Management is not compassionate. I have been living here for 5 years now, and have the worst upstairs neighbor. Very inconsiderate and disrespectful. I’ve sent multiple emails with complaints, as well as spoke with property management. I’ve even had to call law enforcement a couple of times. I understand the walls and floors are thin, but when it disrupts your peace of mind, then it’s a disturbance to the household. Apparently it is the girls first apartment with two young toddlers so there is constant banging, rattling of the ceilings and light fixtures, really loud thumps, and vibrations that have knocked down wall decor. I’ve tapped back twice a few times here and there and she bangs back even harder and louder. Completely defiant. Do not suggest this property at all for many bad reasons. Never thought I would end up in an uncomfortable situation like this. Update from my last post which was maybe a year ago or so: this place has been a home to me and my 5 year old since before he was born, and in the almost 6 years I have been here…I have never really had any issues until the neighbors above me. They are entitled and have no care about their community or the people in their community. I have seen them throw boxes of food right out by their car with chicken bones, rice, papers, plastic silverware and other trash multiple times. Constantly at that. They are beyond loud ( I’ll say it for the LAST time ; yes I know the floors and walls are thin ) but I have lived here for almost six years and NEVER have had to complain. I’ve been to management multiple times and nothing happens. Don’t move here because it’s full of hood rats and entitled, unappreciative people. All around."

"These reviews really scare people away. I have had a very positive experience. The staff was extremely helpful in my approval/rental process. As in any apartment complex it has its little details but the maintenance service is really good. I put in a work order and it was fixed the next day. How fast they fix your problems at the apt is a plus! The surroundings are very nice and kid friendly. Last night there was a police car patrolling the area which made me feel very safe. The rooms are very spacious. They have ceiling fans and an area for a washer and dryer and will even rent them if you don't have any. Big balcony with safe bars against children. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets and the counter tops would be the only thing I would change about the apartment, those do need an update. But overall its a good place to live."
