Pearl Cove Apartments

"Worst place ever do not rent here.. the whole year they've blocked our way out lf each building due to construccion and renovation.. they would continue renovation every other week of the month then stop and continue the next month!!! Took them a whole year or more to continue or finish renovation... Also loud neighbors wouldn't let us sleep with their loud spanish music and screaming out loud had to call the police several times they never did nothing.. Also the maintenance guys are creeps one time I was sleeping and they were knocking on the door so hard I got up and opened my room door to make my way out to the living room but they had already opened the living room window and were peeking inside I didn't even had a bra on under my shirt how disrespectful! I could of been naked and they would of pulled up the livingroom window anyway smh had soo many problems over there one time they came and knocked on my door asked to see if there was a leak in one of the rooms i said i didnt know so i let them in they went in and just stared at the ceiling then turned around and left I called the office to ask if they sent them over the lady said no I think they were just messing around with me."

"I’ve lived here for 4 years and it’s everything I could’ve asked for. Maintenance is on the spot and Krista and the front office is wonderful whenever I need anything. The pool is absolutely beautiful and now that they have built a dog park! Also it’s smack dab in the middle CLW and Gulf to bay so everything is 5 mins away! Highly recommend Pearl Cove for a great place to call home. -Shane"

"I really enjoy living in the apartments ec. I have been a tenant for about 2 years. The property manager has changed twice which was a great decision. As they say third times a charm. Things have changed for better, the new property manager Krista, who is very helpful and provides great customer service and overall friendly and easy to communicate with. When maintenance calls are made, she gets the maintenance guys out to my apartment very quickly. Maintenance persons are quick and resolve issues in a timely manner. It’s close to everything, beach, shopping, restaurants. The apartments are very affordable, nice, clean, roomy, nice quiet neighborhood and comfortable. Friendly management and maintenance persons. I like living here a lot and would recommend to anyone who is looking for an apartment."
