"PLEASE CAREFULLY READ BEFORE RENTING As I write this, the water is currently turned off due to a "leak" once again due to a lack of upkeep. The rent here continues to rise, while the apartments and property fall into UTTER disrepair. We are nickle and dimed for everything. The property here is in absolutely terrible shape. Appliances are broken and terribly dated. The appliances cannot even be completely cleaned because of how old old they are. They buy used appliances, that are in already have extensive wear and tear and put them into the apartments. Our fridge had to be replaced 3 TIMES. The stove didn't work for years and the oven burned most of our food. When their Ac unit flooded and malfunctioned in our apartment, we were forced to pay 400, for one month electricity even after the auditors from the electric company came, inspected the unit and verified that the apartment equipment was malfunctioning. They are quick to unleash the "towing" on residents while neglecting what is important like upkeep of our apartments. They charged my elderly parents on a fixed income, 400 to get our car back! I had been requesting for several years, that the fans be replaced. Noting was done, til one night a fan blade flew off and landed near my aunts face. Fortunately I was awake and able to make sure she was ok. For 1,600, here is what we are dealing with- Broken and missing doors Rusted and broken appliances etc Trash everywhere Rude maintenance staff Constant leaks Rats Roaches everywhere Leakes that flood into the master room carpet from the kitchen PLEASE LOOK AT PICTURES BELOW"

"This is a great place to live if you love living with rats, mice, and roaches. As well as if you like an office who can’t do anything right and blames you for their mistakes.They lie and steal from innocent people."

"This is unfortunately the most unsafe place I have ever had the misfortune to live in. They care nothing for the safety of their tenants or their tenants property. They have allowed not only the disturbances of noisy, disruptive people on premises but also vandalism and theft and to put the cherry on top the complex so called security gates have not worked in months. They are just left wide open again caring nothing for the safety of their tenants. I recently had 2 bikes stolen from my balcony and they did absolutely nothing about it. They allow non resident cars to take up space that rent paying residents should have access to and dont. This place is pretty much a rent at your own risk type of place and I would not recommend anyone to rent here. I have not once paid my rent late nor caused any kind of disruption the least they could do is provide some kind of security to its tenants like myself."

"Got charged two times for my rent for no apperant reason days after rent was due and I had already made my payment , still in the process of getting my money back but Warren and the people with the apg app that You use to pay rent have absolutely shown Zero concern to refund me my money, I’ve asked to have the overdraft fees caused in my account to be refunded as well since I did not pay twice and all he could say was, wel you paid your rent twice. you really think I’m gonna pay my rent twice in one month days after each other? Complex is horrible anyways roaches , terrible neighbors, things don’t get fixed, I’m sure the only good reviews on this is people the office knows personally and they ask them to give a positive review but pls believe everything you read about this complex, they are a joke"

"My entire experience so far has actually been quite nice. I was slightly skeptical of the complex at first to be 100% honest. Moving day came and Warren made transitioning into my new apartment so easy for my daughters and myself. We have a lovely lake view apartment 2 bed 2 bath .... 1100 sq feet And to top it off, the entire apartment is up to date and meets more than my expectations. Awesome staff. Jose is a super great guy on maintenance. Everyone in my building and that I have encountered in the complex have all been nice. My daughters have been able to make several friends right away which is always a plus. I think the former history of this location doesn't help to draw in new tenants, but once you move in and live here, you realize it's actually quite lovely. I'm happy we moved in and I am happy to say that we will be staying."
