"We will try to be as transparent and tell nothing but the truth; about ourselves, we are a Christ-centered family, and our experience with Landon Trace Townhome was nothing but the worst place we have ever rented to, we had so many roaches, in our food, crawling on our bed, in our bedroom, we didn’t enjoyed anything in this apartment for example; dog poop in the of our back porches, we went for a year, and it was the worst experience in our life, from day 1, we should have break the lease and move out, they unit the gave us was dirty Ac dirty they did the floors with vinyl, the carpet was ok, our review is about how they lied and keep our deposit, I gave them our 60- day notice to vacate starting 60- day notice Tuesday, October 31, 2023, around 1:00 Pm now; they want to keep our deposit and started that it was November 1, 2023, which is a lie, we move out December 31, 2023, we drop our key in the mailbox around 4:00 something and left, the unit in a respectable manner better than they gave it to us, we cleaned bathroom thoroughly, we wipe down our cabinet, cleaned our carpet with our own vacuum, we bought cleaning supplies like fabuloso, and make it friendly for other tenant, and we left despite a lot of items we lost from this roach infested house we didn't retaliated nor complain about what we lost, which we have prove that we did our walk through take pictures videos of the unit, I called them will the leasing consultant, because when I checked the online residents portal rentcafe, our deposit was not refunded, I call them, the person who answered the phone; and I was telling them that we move out on December 31, 2023, and he said, because it was the the new year there is no way they can know if we left or not, now it is your words against mine, now we received say that we move out 12:00 am say what? We were already in our new home; what business did we have to be at this apartment? We have been emailing them, but they ignored our email since January 5, 2024, until now. I also asked to speak to his manager, but he refused and said he didn't know when she would return. Are you serious? Do you think I am stupid? I understand this manager is already there. They didn't want us to speak to them because I don't like people not telling the truth, which upsets me; if your job requires you to lie, you should consider your life decision. One thing to know is that this place is roach-infested gunshot at night and is not family-oriented. The way they make it seem you have a lot of paperwork involved for a roach-infested house. You will be disappointed, and I hope if you are reading this, you will have a better experience than us. I contacted Cooperate, but they never got back to us. They are a group of unprofessional, dishonest individuals, and I want to compensate for the pain and suffering my family endured during this tenancy."

"I'm really happy to write this little memo, since the day they sent me a message that I was qualified for the house, I didn't wait for them to give me the key, at the appointment that 'they gave me to sign the house contract, I'm glad that they also gave me the key, that's when they say that tomorrow I will come to pay and also collect the key. aaaa I can't explain that I have never been comfortable falling asleep and I will wait until tomorrow God willing, it was a wonderful experience for me then. finally, I really like the apartment, but there are certain things to change inside the house: for example: the carpet is really worn and needs to be changed, the fridge is really ugly, the oven and the cupboard are not. healthy too. after a good repair on Sunday 10/10 because the workers in the office are really good, wow, I have no words for them, they know how to help someone, they are wise and have incredible patience during my application. There were 3 people. on the second floor, I told each of them, 2 Haitians and a black American, they are very cool, I love you gays. Thank you very much, I really like your work."

"I emailed them asking about it saying they have two units available. The lady who responded back was very brief it wasn’t a yes or no. So I wrote back again to see what all I needed to do to apply. And once again she says something about an interest list. Okay lady I get it what I’m asking is HOW TO GET ON THE LIST! I didn’t even try again"

"This morning I pass by the office to grab this new key(fob)for my apartment since they going to install a new form of lock on the door by Monday I didn’t want to wait till then to get it so I went to the office to get it , this lady name janet I guess she somehow the manager so after she hand me this new key I nicely asked that I saw the maintenance man the other day in the back of my patio and since then I’ve been looking for my mop I can’t find it is he the one that removed it ? she rudely responded and say yes he remove it and throw it away because you’re not following the apartment rules and I said what apartment rules I am not following because it’s simply a mop.. she started giving me attitude and started yelling oh this is not my home if I can’t obey the rules I need to moved out she is very rude and unprofessional she’s talking to me and spit is coming out of her mouth and fall on me they really need to get rid of her she doesn’t know how to talk to people..if you coming to live here avoid her at all cost her attitude is really stink…"
