"I’ve lived at the Amalfi for four and a half years. The apartment was great - never had any problem with bugs and the maintenance team (Toby) is excellent! Diana is a great recent addition to the office - she solves problems and stays on top of things. Quiet apartment, great location to get anywhere in the Tampa Bay Area. Also - the pool! :-)"

Resident services are exceptional. The staff is friendly, attentive and always ready to help. Their willingness to resolve any problem or concern is admirable and it shows that they truly care about the comfort of those of us who live here. The proximity to the beach is a real privilege. In addition to the proximity to places of interest (shops, markets, restaurants, etc.) which makes life simply pleasant.
