"Just renewed my lease here after a great first year! Very peaceful and quiet with a good view of the bay. Location is also great for travel to Tampa or St Pete. I have always liked the trees and green grass. The staff is very friendly and professional. The leasing office is always helpful and in an upbeat positive mood! I would recommend this place!! I recently put in a work order for my sink to be fixed and it was taken care of very quickly! Chrissy at the front office has always been very friendly and you can tell she works hard! The only bad part is she’s a Detroit Red wings fan …"

"I've had such a great experience and we just moved in. From having Garth help us with maintenance to the staff in the leasing department. Everyone is always so helpful and upbeat. The grounds are absolutely amazing with the lush foliage and such a tropical feel. I came from Arizona and didn't want to really go into an apartment, but the grounds around Bayside Arbors is absolutely breathtaking. Even my dog loves the dogpark they have on the property. To imagine I have this view from my office and overlook the Old Tampa Bay from the family room. I can't beat it. And I am so close to Costco and everything else. It literally feels like I am miles away from the city and yet it's about 3 minutes from the freeway. And I don't hear the cars. Thanks to everyone at Bayside Arbors for making us feel welcome."

"Emily is amazing. Best customer service I have ever seen. I’ve lived in 13 places since 2010 and I have never had better customer service from an apartment complex. They truly care about you as a person. And will do anything to make sure you’re taken care of. The amenities are well taken care of. I know they’re adding a few new additions to the fitness center as well which is a big plus for us! The location is great we get out on our paddle boards a few times a week. You’re very close to plenty of great places to eat you can shoot over to Clearwater beach with ease or jump on the gulf to bay and be in Tampa in no time. The staff do a great job at listening. They’re always aiming to improve the facilities with future projects while taking advice from their residents. Great place to live. Would 100% recommend."
