They have crackheads all over the place so don't be surprised of there smoking crack when your walking down the stairs !! LOCK YOUR CAR DOORS because they break into cars there's gunshots daily and fights !"

"If I can give this apartment complex less than 1 star I would. My wife and I moved to this place in 2021 as our first place together. When we signed the rent was 1130.00 for 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom. When we renewed our lease 1 year later in 2022 our rent skyrocketed to 1650.00 a month, very overpriced for this place. There is no washer or dryer hookup in the unit, the unit was infested with roaches, we had neighbors that dont clean and we can smell it in our unit. The tenant's in the building next to us smoked inside their unit and we could smell it while we in the bathroom part of our unit. Plus those tenants gave us trouble and insulted us calling us racist because we didnt give them our wifi passcode. My wife and I are so happy that we are moving out soon and will not recommend this place for anyone to live in. Take my advice and dont move in, its not worth it."

"I applied for 2b 1b about 3 weeks ago , I told them that I needed to move by March 1st ,I spoke with the manager and a lady named richelle they both told me they had two units available and I should be able to move in before March . Me and my partner applied ,paid the application fees and we provided everything they asked us. No one never called us or emailed us to give us any update on the application, when we called the office they never picked up, when they finally picked their phone the lady named richelle said they needed more paystubs from us ,we sent more paystubs the same day and they still didn’t give us an update. Yesterday when I called them they said they never told me they had an available unit and they have 3 people on the waiting list for the month of May and my name wasn’t on it . They are scamming people when they don’t have any apartments available. Don’t let their nice smiles fool you!"
