"Moved in a couple months with my spouse and have had a good experience. I like to location very close to everything in altamonte. The property is not the newest but it is well maintained and the office staff is very kind. The guys from maintenance were very helpful when i first moved in. All the work orders and communication are on an app so its super easy to stay up to day on everything. Its a safe area, neighbors are kind. Have not had any problems with pest or roaches till now and hope it stays that way. Its a nice place and i recommend it."
"First time renting so perhaps my expectations were too high but honestly just terrible all around. Appliances are ancient and or breaking and need to be replaced, washer sprung a leak and flooded our apartment twice when we moved in I guess the first round of duct tape wasn’t strong enough, and the refrigerator was already damaged / missing pieces as well. My unit was bug infested when we got it and we were told to submit tickets every week for pest control until fixed but the bugs have never gone away so I’m stuck having cancerous chemicals sprayed throughout my apartment every week and still dealing with bugs because apparently management won’t even consider letting you rent a different unit ‘because they can’t guarantee the same issue won’t be present in the next unit and prefer to fix the problem with the tenant in the unit’ so in other words deal with it. The structural integrity of the units are very questionable with beams rotting and their fixtures rusting away, most of the moldings and cabinets aren’t even flush with the walls or floor and everything is very much patched up and painted over, there’s a giant hole in the wall under my sink for some reason and the same for the other bathroom, both of which also visibly show black mold. I’ve submitted a ticket for the mold and all they did was have their guys scrub what was visible away with bleach, I also have a crack & hole in the bottom of my tub which was also there when we moved in I submitted a ticket and the repair guy literally looked at it and just said “yeah you’ll have to submit another ticket” and left, and I have had to submit tickets for many other things that were already broken or needing to be fixed when we moved in like holes in the screen area, the doors not meeting with the floors, our washer malfunctioned when we moved in and flooded our floor twice and it was implied that it was because of us. I also had a new tenant move in above us and we were patient for the first month or so assuming the noise was them still moving in but it has not stopped and it is an all day occurrence, all we hear all day is people running around and stomping and even things being slammed/thrown on the floor and we complained to management and have been for weeks if not a couple months now and it was never resolved, I even told them over the phone they can come listen for themselves, but after months of nothing I went upstairs myself to ask the noise to come down but instead I got a call from the manager today basically saying that they were told there is no noise being made and that I made them uncomfortable by going upstairs and asking them to be quiet, and management also told them to call the police on me for ‘harassing them’ so now my complaints and issues are being treated like I’m some bad guy. Management would rather argue with you than do what they can to satisfy your issues or complaints and this place is really just somewhere you’d live if you have no other options like myself and most everyone else here I assume, but Mrs Ashley the manager has voiced her opinion to me many times how “we should just leave if we do not enjoy living here” so that is what I’m doing right now. I also have plenty of pictures and videos as proof of all of this but never has management asked to see them."
"Not a good experience at all. Apartments are not luxury. Maintenance takes forever to respond to the work orders and do a really cheap job and had to keep placing work ordres every two days. Apartment wasn't ready on my moving date, been dragging the old tenants problems with plumbing, roaches, dirty bathrooms, broken blinds, dirty carpet and low water pressure for two months. Not sure who posts good things because instead of peace this place has given me stress and headaches. Only one person in the office is honest and is always willing to help. Cannot recommend the place at all."
"I’ve been here less than a week and honestly outside of my apartment the process has been horrible. I moved in last Saturday and now here we are not even a week in my guest car was towed. I am paying rent to stay and now you’re basically telling me I’m not allowed to have guest like I’m a child?! I completed my oncall registration the day I moved in and was not approved until a week later. Everyone who have visited my household have received a Parking violation and it is now 4am and my mother’s car was towed after her second violation. I was not informed that I was not “allowed” to have guest in the pending time frame and I had no way of even registering a guest vehicle because I was waiting approval. Horrible communication and Really off to a horrible start. If I could give zero stars I would"
