"I moved in over a week ago and my sons and I absolutely love the atmosphere. All of the amenities are clean, beautiful and exactly as described on the website. The units are spacious and modern. I was very excited and nervous prior to moving in but once finally moved in I feel right at home. Hamid Baggar, who works at the front helped me from day 1 and has been amazing with any inquiry or issue that I have. He took care of all my inquires very promptly and has such an amazing attitude to help. The property is truly a beautiful one that's located right on the bay and centrally located near everything!"

"I've called Solaris Key my incredible home for the past 8 years since the property was opened. I have been a long-term tenant and have been the first and only tenant in my apartment. I can still remember the smell of fresh paint when I moved in here. The property itself is a tropical paradise. I mean we have a beach on the water, you can’t get any better then that. They keep the grounds clean and maintenance is readily available for any of your apartment needs. The staff in the office are wonderful. Friendly and willing to help you with anything you need. Matt is the manager and he’s the best! He’s on top of everything around here. Stop in for a coffee sometime and say hello. They have fresh ground coffee in the lobby. They also have monthly events for residents. It’s really the best place to live in Clearwater. I am so grateful each and every day that I have lived here in this apartment and this beautiful community. I love it with all my heart. Thank you all for an enjoyable time here at Solaris."
