"I’m leaving this review as a current resident of the property. Today I called the front office to request assistance with my shower. The water was not filtering throughout the system into the shower head. I called the office in the hopes that they would send out emergency maintenance to come resolve the issue. Rather than doing so, I was rudely informed by the woman that answered the phone that she would place a work order in for Monday. For reference, today is Saturday. When I reiterated the fact that I was unable to shower due to this issue the response I had received was “the fact that you are unable to shower is not considered an emergency.” Not only was this extremely inconsiderate, but overall it was unprofessional. So I am expected to go the remainder of the weekend with being able to take a proper shower. The tub is disgusting due to cracking in the caulk. Imagine if I was a 65 year old woman who was unable to squat in the tub. Is that the same response she would’ve received? From here on out each time that I am faced with subpar service from the staff here in the office, I will be leaving a review in response for documentation purposes. This is unacceptable and yet you wonder why your property struggles to maintain residents. I hope that this review provides insight to the conditions of which some of the current residents on property are living as I am just one of many. The intent of this review was not malicious, but simply informational. If the property ever so chooses to retaliate against me for my review, it will be made known. P.S the cracked caulking has been brought to the attention of the front office on multiple occasions. The tub has been this way since I have moved in almost 4 years ago and this is something that should’ve been addressed prior to moving me in. I have been informed that I would have to vacate the premises for anywhere to 24-48 hours. For someone who works from home, this is not a possible ask. Especially when the service is only offered on weekdays."

"I recently stayed at your property and unfortunately had a less-than-pleasant experience. The pool, a key attraction, has been closed for over a year, a detail not communicated. The overall upkeep of the property, including the landscaping and presence of litter, was subpar. Additionally, I encountered instances of rudeness from the staff. While I understand challenges may arise, transparency about amenities and a commitment to property maintenance are essential. I hope my feedback is constructive, and improvements can be made for the benefit of future tenants."

"This is by far the worst place I lived. My neighbors smashed my windows and terrorized me and my kids as a single mother. They fix nothing here and you will get eaten alive by their open balcony by mosquitoes. After my terror they told me they can’t do anything to evict the perpetrators. This complex knows what color ur fecal residue is because they monitor your existence living here making you feel you live here for free. Jessinia is an atrocity to mankind. And Stephanie the manager is no help to anyone. One person who is nice is Tish. Poor lady how she’s works with these evil only god knows. This complex is infested with roaches and squirrels attack ur trash but you will be fined heavily. Jessinia is an absolute disgrace and needs to be fired"

"The property is looking so good. It is very clean. The staff tries very hard to keep it this way. They are always cleaning. It’s a shame the people who live here treat the property like a garbage can."

"They say they have pool but pool was closed the whole summer. And the one or two days they open they close at 5pm. Close on Sundays etc. So if you work sorry you are not going to use it anyways. GYM? Ask them where? There is no gym like they say. So no pool and no gym as they mentioned. Staff in office rude and unprofessional. Drive by complex that's why so many empty apts. Roaches, etc. Do not move here"
