"This is by far the best community that I have lived in. This is a rare hidden gem in Deland, Fl. Deb runs the office and is an amazing property manager. Since our first interaction, it felt like I was chatting with my sister. My unit was perfect! Clean, quiet and what a perfect location. Deb and Bruce are always making the place look beautiful and always there to help you if you need anything. I have never felt so safe in a community before. Ashton Place is home. I would give 10 stars if I could."

"Our time living at Ashton Place was great. That was because of the managers Deb and Bruce. I honestly don’t remember ever having managers as nice as they were. "We lived here for one year and had a great experience. We would have renewed our lease here if we hadn’t purchased a home. Management (Sue and Rick) were always on point with everything. They work hard to keep the community looking great and actively encourage residents to do things that improve the overall appearance of the community. We never had a noise problem nor were we or our guests harassed as another reviewer mentioned. We never needed anything repaired in the year we lived there and felt that the apartments were a great value."

"For over two years I have lived at Ashton Place, and for over two years I have been nothing but completely satisfied (with everything!). Both managers, John and Karen, are not only great at taking care of the apartment area (offices, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.), but they are also great friends who would do almost anything to please the people. Anyone, and everyone who is already living there, can easily understand how special a home like Ashton Place really is. A very high recommendation to anyone looking for an apartment! Love it!"
