"I really don't understand the bad reviews. I have had nothing but a good experience with these folks. Sheila and Debbie are incredible and extremely patient and very very accommodating. And I met some of their team today and the maintenance men really nice people who take definite pride in their work. Hopefully this review will be one of the reviews that turns ratings around. Because they have definitely turned this property around for sure."

"The reviews are right! DO NOT MOVE HERE! Everyone at the office is extremely rude and unprofessional and DO NOT care about you as a resident. They will ignore all of your emails, any concerns you have, will go out of their way to inconvenience you and ruin your day. The pool is closed half the time, the washer and dryer are expensive, the gate works 1/3 of the time, the parking is atrocious unless of course, you pay the money hungry monsters that are the management. All of my neighbors were also very unhappy living there. Nobody ever answers the phone. You can be a good resident and follow all the rules from the lease and they will STILL find something to complain about and charge you. If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT MOVE HERE!"

"Wasted two years of my life in this place. Management is terrible. No one ever communicates with you from the front office and they have no propbelm throwing people out for the simplest of reasons. Before my family left they were throwing people out left and right. But keeping the sketchy individuals that have people coming in and out throughout the night and day. Also keeping the people who are screaming and yelling all night. Cars speeding through the night. The whole property needs to be inspected for everything. Foundations infestations plumbing electrical. Everything is falling apart. Plus the owners couldn't care about tenants whatsoever. They have no problem using law enforcement to remove tenants forcefully without any communication whatsoever. No warning no consideration. They have no heart about destroying families and putting people on the streets. Most homeless you see on the side of the road today in New Port Richey is because of these people kicking them out. Before leaving I've seen them kick out 10 families with no considerations. Don't waste your time here it's not worth it"

"They don't care about their renters what so ever. The maintenance people can't communicate with you. The owner is a shady prick who will kick anyone out on the slightest problem. I lived there for two years and there were about 5-7 different property managers all with different rules and regulations. Plus they try to charger for every little thing if rules or regulations are broken. I've always been a good renter but this place tries to ruin that for anyone. The owner also doesn't live here in Florida so the owner doesn't care about their residents whatsoever. You are better off living in a shelter then living in this place. Plus the foundation looks like it could collapse at any second none of the amenities work. For the two years I lived there half the time the pool was out of service. They charge for things they don't provide. They don't care about ruining anyone's life. And if you do have troubles and try to talk to the office don't expect a call or email back they will never reach out to you . If I could put zero stars I would please do not live here"
