"Rents just went up approx 44% and average 350 more per month. This is Non Profit apartment complex. I agree they have bills to pay however there are alternatives like fundraisers and grants.. Rent are the only source of income...hmmmmm Could this happen again next year ? So for a studio last year 800 per month...this year 1145...next year maybe 1495 the way things are going ?"

"Just to warn you, the woman that answered when I called for questions "immediately" went to scoffing mode. Unless you're upity, probably best to call elsewhere. Also she did not answer if they accept those with criminal pasts. I asked if there was a policy or was it based on case by case, she only said yes. Just a heads up"
