"If I could give no stars I would. This place is disgusting and should be demolished. I recently stayed here with my family where we got sick from all the black mold. The owner is nasty and if you bring any of this to her attention she just kicks you out and threatens to call the police. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If your thinking about staying here please look elsewhere."

"Welcome to the green key.. you will have the stay of your life.. in this top notch hospitality you can enjoy bed bugs and roaches.. dirty as far as the eye can see.. every room comes with smell and stains complimentary.. your neighbors METHuew and METHaniy will be up all day and night fighting and banging on the walls for your entertainment pleasure.. need a cop...don't worry one will be by shortly.. the management is always helpful and professionally trained at dirty looks and making up rules.. English optional.. Come enjoy your stay.. arrive with dreams leave with HPV"

"I'm giving this place 5 stars all the way around. It's affordable on the weekly rates beds are nice and comfy rooms are huge,AC is ice cold, they allow pets with a deposit, the Management is very helpful and friendly they have cable tv, the extended basic and it's quiet as can be at night. If anyone comes in the property past 9 that isn't a guest they are on top of it for security purposes. Everything is located central to this location also. Library is a 10 minute walk, Sims Park is a five minute walk, Green Key Beach is across the street, restaurants are within walking distance as well as a bus stop right out front."

"Simple place. Close to everything you'll need, and pet friendly. Very nice and proactive owner. She's trying hard to keep the place free from undesirable activity and people, and it's working. Little pricey for what the room is, yet still the cheapest in the area if you are only looking for a shower and sleep without all the bells and whistles of other places that you end up not using. The shower is absolutely amazing with the best water pressure and a multi-function head, hot water came easily. Exactly what I needed after a long trip!"

"Listen so I stayed here about a month ago… you’re better off sleeping outside on a bench in the middle of the wild. This place is so utterly disgusting. The wallpaper was falling off the walls, MICE and COCKROACHES were found multiple times in the room.. the bathroom smelt like a dead body.. no hot water.. not that it matters because there was a yellow/green tint to the water. List goes on and on This place needs to be shut down"
