"Finalized my order online and was given a scheduled delivery timeframe. No one ever reached out to me, and when I called in to see when they were coming, they had no idea who I even was. The young lady I spoke with was rude and unhelpful, blaming the online rep who assisted me, blaming me for not calling to verify after I was given a delivery time, and was clearly uninterested in doing anything to help unless I forced the issue. I manage customer service for a living and I had to drag a resolution out of her - she was completely unwilling to help of her own accord. If this was someone on one of my teams they'd be at the very least up for urgent and intensive coaching for the stunning lack of basic customer service."

My payment had an issue with my bank first time on 4 years supposedly charged back again first time in FOUR years. I am in another state with my DIEING father and you'd think I stile a million dollars from these people over an issue THEY say happened however my bank still shows it as a pending charge. I paid my account off in full and will NEVER come back they are disgusting miserable losers"
