"Maintenance contacted me within minutes after I called regarding my plumbing issue, they came a few minutes after to look at the problem which they determined an outside plumbing company would need to be contacted, they contacted the company and they came when they said they would and handled the plumbing issue very quickly. Maintenance even came to my apartment the next day to make sure my issue was resolved and taken care of."

"The complex is getting better. Everything is being fixed. This is a big undertaking. I really appreciate how they fixed the sidewalks around my apartment. They are no longer a falling hazard. Would recommend."

The apartment is very clean and neighbors are very quiet . Been here a full year and they’ve done lots of repairs(they actuallyFixed this issues (one in photo below) and refreshing ! Love love love my community, always events going on even thou I’m always working and can’t attend I promise I’ll make it to one , one day."
