"As the leasing specialist were busy with their tours, Brandon, the assistant manager took the time to provide me with information about the apartments and gave me a tour of the community. And the community manager Mike was very down to earth. There’s also a very sweet resident in there and her name is Ms. Joyce. She called me handsome a lot."

"I’d put 0 stars if I could. Where to begin…well the place is INFESTED, and I mean INFESTED with roaches, mold, dirty needles laying around out back, people letting their dogs poop and pee in hallways, management and workers just walking in when your not home or even knocking when you are, also people stealing laundry.. And to top it off, they tried charging me for 5 or 6 months of rent even after I moved out! Having debt collectors call saying I owe them money, which is absurd! I have documentation stating I left and moved into a house in a different county and they still charged me like I lived there! I would highly recommend another apartment complex, not owned by the owners of college manor! Absolutely disgusting behavior and living environment!"

"Moved here back in October and have been enjoying my time living here. Rent is affordable, management is friendly, and maintenance is quick and efficient. It’s an older apartment so not as modernized as some of the apartments nearby but the convenience of everything being walking distance and having plenty of parking makes up for it."

"Wonderful place to stay. Great location right near campus and Publix. Management is nice and professional. Maintenance men are amazing. Always had things fixed quickly the same day. Being so close to campus means you don't have to find a place to park."

"This is an older complex but really affordable and convenient to everything. The few minor maintenance issues I've had were resolved within an hour. Maintenance is super fast! The office staff is helpful and really cares about the residents. Brandon coordinated a smooth transition for my move-in while I was in the middle of a serious family crisis and relocating from out of town to be near Shands. I can't say enough good things about the staff, and my time in the studios was comfortable and convenient."
