"Pros: staff, amenities Cons: sound insulation between floors is very poor. Neighbors with kids upstairs make it unbearable. We’ve been trying to work something out with management for months but no tangible progress. I will be glad to update my review with a more favorable rating if things change."
"My name is Mari O. I am a Singer Song Writer. I recently was hired by Integra Twenty Four to provide Entertainment for one of their Commmunity Events. The Common Grounds are new, well kept, and clean. The residents are Social and Fun. A very Friendly atmosphere. The Marketing Consultant (Priscilla Stout) was Professional, helpful and polite. I performed by their Resort-Style Pool area. The activities room was well stocked with plenty of cold beverages and coffee. I had a wonderful experience. A pleasure to work for. Overall a Top Notch Community!"
