"I just moved in a few days ago, so I don't yet have a long-term impression, but this seems like a great deal. There isn't much of a difference between most apartment complexes because they all have similar corporate overlords. The sole reason I chose this location was because both on-site staff members had received positive feedback. Although I haven't yet met the maintenance worker, Spring is magnificent. She set me up here promptly and was really competent in doing so. The entirety of the apartment is as expected and everything works as it should. I genuinely believe I made the right decision after spending the first couple nights here. Call Spring if you're uncertain. It's worth a couple of minutes on the phone. She is competent like people used to be. Update--After 1 year, everything worked as expected until returning my security deposit. In spite of no cleaning fee listed in the lease, $120.00 was stolen from my deposit. They are requiring me to sue them to return it. Florida law is very clear on this issue and I have no doubt I will prevail. I will never be able to prove fraud, but this is clearly an attempt to hustle people out of their deposit as the recovery process is tiresome. So to sum up the total experience, the corporate landlord is a collection of greedy a**holes happy to squeeze cash from their customers. The on-site staff is wonderful. Protect yourself."

"I enjoyed the time that I lived here at The Hammocks. My apartment has nice and cozy with great appliances. The main property manager was always very friendly, helpful and understanding. Any issue that I had she made sure to resolve it quickly. Also, the maintenance technician was also friendly and helpful. He was always on time with my maintenance appointments and handled them well, one thing I truly appreciated was that he gave a detailed explanation of the work that he had to complete. Overall I enjoyed my time here. I relocated to be closer to my family."

Spring is not only the most welcoming and helpful apartment manager. She is the true face of a company. Atrium Management is extremely blessed and fortunate to have her on their team. The complex is quiet, even with students living on the property! Parents should feel safe to drop off their UF Freshman here! Spring and Royce will make you feel safe and comfortable where you are living! Everyone here is respectful and accommodating as well! Royce the maintenance man is also quick to get a work order done with out hesitation. Living here has been a true positive experience! I am looking forward to another year at Butler!"
