"Our WiFi has been out for over a week. While I understand it is not the complexes fault, they have done absolutely nothing to mitigate this issue. We are forced to use hotspots or leave our homes to get wifi for work. They tell us that it is a Broadstar issue and to look for other providers, yet when you move here you are forced to utilize Broadstar. The complex is great but the management do not care about any of your concerns."

"We have been without internet for 8 days now with no help or updates from the apartment complex. I have called the apartment complex multiple times and no one answers. This is negligence on the apartment complex. We have received an update that there is no ETA for internet restoration"

"2nd try! I can't say enough things about Hunters run! My family and I moved to this apartment complex in December. The grounds are well kept, the neighborhood is extremely quiet, everyone that lives in the complex is very friendly, the front office staff is extremely helpful and maintenance is very quick to respond to issues. My children love that they can just be themselves and have fun in the neighborhood while playing. My husband and I have made more friends in this neighborhood that we have in previous neighborhoods due to how friendly everyone is. Hunters run is an amazing place to live very convenient to everything and the front office staff is phenomenal. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone from professionals to students to families. If you're looking for a fantastic neighborhood come to Hunters run!!"

"The staff are friendly and the apartment is extremely well maintained. You have a problem, you report it, and it's mostly taken care of within the next 1-2days. Calm surroundings and nice neighbors. Good amenities like the gym and pool. The only downside is the internet/cable. They have an exclusive contract with Broadstar but the company is overpriced for what you get; one outage per 1-2 months and unstable connections. Other than that, an affordable, conveniently located, and nice apartment."
