They go above and beyond whenever I need help and have truly welcomed me to Gainesville, making my living situation so easy, clean, and comfortable! I always feel safe on the property, there’s always someone willing to give assistance, and the amenities are incredible! Brittany, Gabby, Kirby, and Aaron have made my transition to a new town so smooth and I’d recommend the apartment complex to anyone. Move here and you won’t regret it!!!! Best decision I’ve made in Gainesville yet!"

"I went in to view the complex August of this year. I actually was excited and considering signing the lease. Before any of that I had to complete a background screening application which totaled $225, Kirby the manager told me that if I decided not to lease with them that they would keep $75 of the application fee and I would be credited $150 by check with the address I put on file. I decided to lease else where and here it is December and I have not received anything. I’ve reached out multiple times calling and leaving messages with no response or call back. I even emailed them and no one got back with me. I would suggest if you aren’t completely sold about moving in here do not complete any applications that requires a fee . My next step will probably be to go to the actual complex since I can’t seem to get a response hopefully better."

"Management is good, apartments are nice. But the dog poop everywhere in the grass is out of control. Hopefully they can fix it so I can improve the rating."

When we came down to Gainesville to check out living, we had 10 or more places to look at, we looked at 3 and then we came to novo, we fell in love driving up to the place and even more walking through the beautiful property. We signed the lease that day. Kirby in the office was beyond nice and very very welcoming. Since me and my family came we have been living in paradise here at novo. From the amazing pool to the grass, dog park grilling area. Gym. Gated community, beautiful living space. You can’t go wrong. We are so thankful to be here. If you want a nice safe place with a great community this is the place to be!!!!!!"
