"Spoke with their supervisor Kate just to ask about availability for apartments, she was very rude. I also got hung up on the first time that I called, she proceeded to say “oh my goodness” because the phone had cut out and she thought I cut her off. Very rude employees and staff."

"Katie at Treebecka Apartments is exceptional. Her professionalism, friendliness, and commitment to resident satisfaction make for a fantastic living experience. Additionally, she was understanding when I chose a different location due to getting trapped in another leasing agreement. Thanks to her, I speak of Treebecka in a positive light and it was my first choice if the situation was different. Highly recommend asking for her to be your tour guide!"

"The apartments are nice and the community is quiet. I moved in sight unseen so I was a bit nervous but everything has been good so far. I’m in a non renovated unit so there’s some obvious wear and tear to the apartment but nothing horrible. Maintenance guy is friendly and quick. Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. I hardly see anyone unless they are walking their dog. There is a small dog park but I never see any dogs there. I was given a gate code but the gate is never closed. I don’t know if it’s broken or the apartment just have it off. I’ve been here since January and it’s never been closed at all. I don’t care, but if that’s something important to you be aware of that. Overall it’s a nice place and the location is great. Far enough away but still just down the street from everything."

"We moved in 6 years ago, back when the complex was still Grove Villas. New management took over a few years ago and have been great! Katie and Hernán are wonderful. The complex feels quiet and safe. The old units (like ours) need TLC, but the remodeled units are really nice. Keep up the good work! :)"

"Treebecka has the best management team! Katie in particular has been so reliable and a dream to work with! Anytime I need something she is quick to answer and provides great communication. She made moving in seamless and made me feel so welcomed and right at home! I am now nearing my move out date and Katie once again has made this process so easy and stress-free! The units are nice, but the 5 stars are for the people who work there!"
