"Love this beautiful condo!!! Everything is fresh, clean and perfectly appointed. The beds were very comfortable and literally every detail was thought of. The bathroom and particularly the showers were super high end. The real pleasure was the contact for this property. Extremely responsive, professional and attentive to our comfort. I have never received such excellent service from an rental. It felt more like concierge service from the Four Seasons."

"We have had the pleasure of staying at both units owned by the Hicks, Megan and John. Recently we were able to snag the Top of the Gulf studio for a quick, last minute trip. This was our third time staying at the Starfish unit so we have enjoyed seeing the on-going upgrades! Super cute unit continues to get better each visit. Perfect beach front location with everything we needed. Their Edgewater two-bedroom condo is positively stunning! Again we have witnessed the gorgeous upgrades Megan and John have orchestrated during the couple of times we were fortunate to book! As with the studio, Megan has been attentive, courteous and extremely helpful. It is evident she is proud of these properties. Having rented from multiple owners over the years I appreciate Megan’s thoughtfulness and honesty. If one follows their rental guidelines and doesn’t destroy property there should be zero issues. Apologies for lengthy post but it was long overdue."

"We had a deposit down on condo for May 30th of this month. I was taking my 79 year old mother and daughters on a girls trip to the beach, however bc of covid 19, we had to cancel especially bc they are not allowed to rent yet in Florida per the governor. Megan Hicks kept $200 from us bc we didn’t want to move the vacation date without knowing what was going to happen in future. This is the ONLY company I’ve heard of that has kept money bc of covid especially when they’re not allowed to rent yet anyways. Will never rent from them again and will definitely spread the word to all. Making money off a global pandemic. Shame on you!!"
