"It’s beautiful but the floors were sticky and I got 2 warning tickets because they didn’t give me a parking pass. I was constantly worried my vehicle was going to be towed. They finally got the parking pass to me on the second day around 11am."

"We (my family & I ) have stayed at Sea Chase Condos(201W) for the last 2 years . We absolutely love it it here , the condo is roomy and has slept up to 7 of us comfortably. This is a large condo with 2 bedrooms 2 baths dinning room and living room and full size kitchen , washer and dryer dish washer etc. all the amenities with a nice TV in every room the balcony off the living room/ dinning room is very large with beach front view each bedroom has sliding doors with beach view with standing room only ! The parking is a plus on property and there’s always a place to park unlike the high rises of the area where you are fighting for a spot all week and have to walk across front beach road on a pedway etc . It is a older building but is always clean . Cannot say one thing bad about this place & Southern Coast Vacation Rental staff is always friendly informative, professional and helpful both stays !"

"We stayed at Seachase W104, that particular condo was outdated, and didn't really like being that low. But overall everything was clean and we had a great week"

"I've been allowed to visit relatives at Sea Chase almost every December since I was in middle school. I'm now 34 with my own two kids and get to take them with me to have the same experience. We get away from our screens and just take it slow and relax in each other's company. I love ending the year this way. I hope in years to come it'll be me renting out and inviting my kids and grandkids to come stay."

"We stayed in 701W and it was very accommodating, great location, friendly staff and the grounds are very clean. Great view from our room and I would guess from every room. Noise ordinance after 9pm per our rental agreement, so it was very quiet at night. Overall it's a great place to vacation even though it some parts of the condo and grounds need updated."
