"We just checked in. The room reeks of cigarette smoke . The cigarette smoke has permeated the walls, furniture….everything. The manager is rude and aggressive. There is little to no WiFi. The rooms are extremely dated. This place is a dive."

"The worst ever. Where to start? The room? The service? The people running it? Very bad experience. First room was horrible. Sofa bed broken, dishes not cleaned, broken things, dirty walls and shower curtains. Requested to be fixed. They offered to change rooms in the morning. While waiting, a realtor uses the code to the door and walks right in with the buyers catching us in the act. Very embarrassing. Long story short they "refunded" that night and moved us only to up the price on the next room. Out of courtesy they should of given the whole 2 nights for free. They were lucky we didn't sue them."

"Whatever you do, do not rent from Juliann Curtis at in unit 313. She is a scam artist and her vents were leaking and causing black mold. She had me pay a deposit and pet deposit and then 1000 for 3 days of a month and had her “manager” force us to leave within two hours. She then continued to harass me after I got all of our things out and cleaned the condo within such short notice. She’s a thief and probably teaming up with her friend to do this again."

"I've been to this area for years. My first time to this location and I love it. It's close to shops but also close to 30a so you get the best of both worlds. No issues and they have two pools that's clean. The lake views are lovely. Numerous ways to access the beach."
