"Booked based on the website. BUYER BEWARE!!! The property is massive with aging (think 1970s) amenities and the few hot tubs are glorified tubs. Resort amenities are NOT covered by resort fees and will run $60+ for an hour of pickleball, tennis, or using the gym. We arrived, scoped out the property, learned we had been stuck in the Villas which are half a mile walk or more from the beach, and politely asked to cancel. After being threatened with a $200 cleaning fee for a place that doesn't need to be cleaned again, we just had to make the best of it. We learned our lesson and won't be back."

"Great condo resort for families. Sad that the huge lagoon pool wasn't heated (biggest pool at the resort). Gated security was nice although two of my girls had a Nigerian man in white van try to get them closer to the van when they weren't agreeing that he could come"join them"in the pool. You get into the community you need to have a pass stating which tower and room you are in before you can get through. I'm assuming it's the same across the street where the condos\golf course\tennis\shuffleboard other pools are. I didn't think I'd have to have constant parental supervision with older teens in a gated resort. Rooms were nice, view was gorgeous. Great restaurant on resort, Starbucks in gift shop. I'd definitely stay again!"

"Plenty of parking. Loved the pools and beach. Restaurant was OK. Screwed up pizza order once. Great place to watch sunset. Elevators AMAZINGLY FAST... Very little wait time. We rented through a vacation rental company and our concierge WAS THE BEST!!! Early check in."
