"Wish I could give 0 stars. How does anyone ever get in touch with this lady?? I have had a bad experience with her already in the past. Two years ago she screamed at me over the phone and was extremely ugly. I swore I would never rent from her again, but I tried reaching out to her last year because it’s so cheap to stay, no response so we stayed at Palmetto instead. This year, I figured I would give it another shot ONLY because it’s affordable, so my husband reached out by email multiple times. Never got a response back as far as availability goes. That was about a month ago. I have been trying to call for the past few days and can’t reach her. I don’t see how she stays in business. Do not recommend to anyone. I actually posted a negative review on here 2 years ago, and here I am, yet again. She has still yet to turn her poor customer service around."

"This was our first stay with Merrimac and it was great!!! Treasure Island is right on the beach with easy access, and the room comes with 2 reserved loungers on the beach!!! Our AC froze up the first 2 days but Cindy brought us 3 portable air conditioners until maintenance could get it repaired. Not a big deal at all! Very affordable prices. We love Merrimac and I would stay here again!!! Thanks, Cindy!!!"
