"Amazing being able to walk right out onto the beach at anytime. Our unit had cold AC, it was very clean and updated. Private garage. Granite counter tops in kitchen. New appliances. Quite end of the beach. Not crowded at all. Will stay again!"

"Great location, not so great amenities. If you rent at this location, make sure it’s not through Realjoy Realty or Realty vacations. We rented condo number 116 from July 22-July 26 for a family vacation, and had a litany of problems with this condo. 1. The place was advertised to have central air. However when we arrived we noticed that the central AC didn’t work and that multiple window units were installed. Not only did they not notify us, but the upstairs unit was leaking hot exhaust air back into the room, leading to sweltering temperatures and 79% humidity. We had to sleep downstairs and abandon the upstairs bedroom. The maintenance person didn’t have a clue what to do and duct taped the vent. It didn’t work. 2. Numerous water leaks and mold. One of the unit’s condensers was leaking horribly and encroaching down into the garage, causing insane amount of mold. The inside was also humid, and the couches were moist and moldy. 3. General maintenance was shoddy at best. This place charges $600/month in HOA fees per unit, and the maintenance of the property equates to putting lipstick on a pig. The siding was rotting off of most units in the back, the floors were squeaky, and the back decks don’t drain, leaving ponded water and mosquitos."

"Terrible! Very deceiving photos on VRBO! Popcorn ceilings, no ceiling fans, ventilation is terrible, just not what you are looking for when looking for a vacation home! Spaces to park are small and very tight, the place needs to be repainted! If your gonna stay here ask for very strict details and photos!"

"Road side has been completly remodeled on the entire complex. Back side is in Ruff shape. Paint peeling off,holes in rotten siding in some places. Our room was old,outdated and had a mildew smell. Took tub/shower over an hour to drain after a single shower. AC struggled to keep up at 75 degrees.Parking is awful here. I have stayed in a lot of places and this might have been the worst and was on of the most expensive."

"Awesome views very roomy for our family of 5. Great location for shopping and entertainment. Spouse and I have stayed here three time's. Affordable prices. Looking forward to spending family time at PCB again!"
