"I've been using Corporate Accommodations every year now for about 10 years. I've never had a bad experience. I typically rent anywhere from 1 to 10 units each spring - summer season (about 3-4 months for each unit) for my team from out of state. Each unit is fully furnished, and all my team has to do is bring their personal clothing. All the comforts of home are provided- full kitchens and laundry in each unit is extremely important. Some are 2 or 3 bedrooms, very spacious and clean. Jean and Dave are very attentive and accommodate any requests. The locations of each unit are always in proximity to our work environment, communication with them is easy and convenient, even with my very last-minute additional unit requests. I highly recommend any Business that needs housing accommodations to contact Corporate Accommodations of Northwest Florida. I'm a big fan."

"I tried to secure a unit with this company via email and their Vice President of Marketing responded. There must be a shortage of normal workers because it was not what I expected from them at all. There was not even a greeting in the emails, or any helpful information other than the bare minimum and what I specifically asked for, and she confused me for another prospective tenant. I even had to ask her whether I was booking the place through her or on my own because she was so vague. She gave me a price in the beginning of the conversation with no associated time period, so I assumed it was for the entire stay that I had chosen. When I asked later she said it was for 30 days and then later said per week. She claimed it was all on the paperwork she sent, but she hadn't sent anything besides an application where no price was listed. I would avoid this company even if it weren't so expensive, simply for the disorganization."
