Parkside at the Beach

"Me and my wife decided to move to PCB in September of 2022, after vacationing here for 10 plus years. We narrowed it down to 5 apartment complexes in PCB and when we came to this one, the last one we visited, we knew it was home. Shannon was/is awesome and so friendly and gave us the tour. We moved in 3 months later in December of 2022. Then we got to meet the other ladies in the office, Karen and Deb!! Awesome ladies also. They are always so nice to me and my wife and everyone here. We are thrilled to be here and have found this pace to be the best apartment's in PCB. Literally an 8 minute walk to the beach. Buildings are well kept, very clean grounds, and apartments themselves are kept up with. They offer garages on the premises which is great. The amenities are great. I just can't say enough right now about how good this place is. It's only been a month, but we know we made the right choice in choosing Parkside at the Beach!! Update: Been here just over a year now and all new management personal have taken over at the complex. Brandy has been very good to us and treated us with the upmost respect and has even helped us out in a situation we were in with our first apartment here. parking is a little bit of an issue, but honestly probably comes with being in an apartment complex, though some of it is very very frustrating. Maintenance could be a little better if you ask me. Very slow to respond to maintenance requests and doesn't always finish the job completely when "done". The groundskeeper, Scott, is an amazing person. He not only keeps the complex grounds looking great, he is always the one to come fix our "maintenance" problems at our apartment, even though it is not his job i feel. He does it with a smile and is always exceptionally nice to me and my wife. Very helpful!!! Always says hello when we see him around the complex. Overall, I would say this place has been a great place for us so far, though it has its downsides, but there are downsides with any complex in my opinion. A part of apartment living! Still happy with our choice of Parkside at the Beach"

"I was searching for an apartment available to move in ASAP and submitted an application here. I scheduled a tour and the minute I walked in Shannon was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She showed me to the unit I applied for (in the freezing cold, she’s amazing for that) and it was absolutely beautiful. She answered all of my questions and made signing my lease so quick and easy! I feel confident in my new home and I am so thankful sweet people like Shannon were/are there to ease the process."

"Brandy is the best Manager this Apartment Complex has had since I have been here. She is the 3rd Manager I have been through and you hit the jackpot with her. She is very Resident oriented and wants to make sure all the Residents are getting the best place to live possible. She along with Shannon are very welcoming to all who enter the office and try to accomodate every need. Shannon worked very hard to get me into an apartment when I was in a very difficult situation. I like them so much it makes me want to work in the office with them!!"

"I moved into Parkside in July. The management team of Shannon, Brandi, and Stephanie are like me, relatively new to Parkside. Yet they have great experience from other places they were at and treat each prospective and current tenant fairly and honestly. Their expertise at what they do is evident in the many daily problems they deal with. Maintenance is led by Joe a fellow Army veteran who also strives to do PMCS(Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services) when needed or unexpected. The complex is well maintained considering it's size. It is indeed a short walk to the beach or to shopping. Parkside is a good place to live and I believe that it will continue to improve if it continues to have such a competent and caring staff as it does now."
