"Stayed with Newman-Dailey Resorts. Amazing condo on the peaceful preserve side with a view of the Gulf in 2104. The rental came with a poolside cabana. The cabana is perfect for keeping drinks and snacks, a place to cool off and rest. The pool deck is the most relaxing and beautiful place. There are 2 hot tubs, a heated pool, an adults only pool, and the large common pool! We didn't even get to explore everything the property offers like the fire pit, nature trail, and the kayaks on the lake. Amazing time and already looking to plan the next escape here."

"We loved our condo but did not love the smell of smoke from the two condos next to us that we had to walk by numerous times each day. That would make us not rent this unit again. It was a very loud smell and bothered our whole family."

"Great location, spacious condos, nice pool. Only give three stars because you have to take a pontoon boat to the beach then wade through water with all your gear. While we were visiting, there was 'red tide' and no one told us that it could be dangerous.... we asked the pontoon boat driver why the water looks strange and they had no answer for us. itchy skin, red eyes and lots of dead fish.... I had four small children with me and would have liked to know that this was an issue before we waited through the murky water."
