"RUN! DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Roach infested. No office. No staff. No emergency maintenance call number. Pest control came once in 12months. Lived in Florida 10yrs never had a roach until I moved to this property. Took a week to get someone to look at the A/C in 100 degree weather with a newborn in the apartment. Took 2weeks to get someone to fix kitchen faucet that was actively leaking. Lawn care not maintained properly. Overgrown bushes. Gutters filled and have weeds growing in them on the roof."

"They will not come and fix anything in my apartment. I have been here for over 7 year. Have reported it to the office on several occasions. I have been smelling gas in my apartment for a while. But no one will come an find out what the problem is."

"If i could give this place NO stars I would. Do not move here if you can avoid it. Neighbors have absolutely no respect in regards to noise compliance. The worst part about living here is the unsupervised children. Beating on doors, sticking nails in tires, throwing eggs amongst other things at the doors and windows. And talking to parents gets you nowhere, if you can even find them. They'll defend their delinquent children without any investigation into the complaint. I've been here 3 years and wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Not to mention the hit and runs in the parking lots. Complaining to the office does nothing either. They'll say to call the police or there's nothing they can do. Just don't."

"I currently live there & I'm trying to get out. It's the worse place in Pensacola to live. I would not recommend it to a dog. I'm surrounded by untrained delinquent disrespectful kids as well as their drug addicted parents. You can't get away from the smell of drugs, people standing at your windows trying to break in and sounds of gun shots. The manager don't even come out of her office to see what's going on. All she tells you is call the police and police can't do nothing because they are usually gone by the time police arrive. My advice is if you have kids and are not into doing drugs, stay far away from this place. It's not a good place for anyone that wants to live in a safe, drug free environment. Somebody needs to step in and make the owner make some necessary changes and make the manager come out of her air conditioned office and see what's going on. Get on these parents and make them stop smoking dope long enough to discipline their harassing, disrespectful, soon to be in prison kids. Maybe if she get rid of some of these drug addicts, the small amount of descent tenants can live in peace. I can't wait to move. I'm working every day to acquire more income to get out of this snake pit. I absolutely hate it. Please don't move out here if you're descent."

"Awful place full of racist blacks hardly any whites. My son gets picked on and bulled every day out here just because he's white! I'm so ready to move out of this place its not a place you want to live or stay at, Because there garbage everywhere that the maintenance pick up but just give it an hour or couple of minutes. And you want peace and quiet? Yeah right this place is anything else from peace and quiet. All I say is don't live here."
