"If I could give this place 0 starts I would. 1) This apartment complex is advertised as "student housing" however, there are probably only 20% of residents that are students. 2) The parking is horrible. if you get to the complex after about 6 pm you have to park over 1/2 mile away and as a young girl late at night I do not feel safe at all. 3) the hallways and elevators are constantly dirty, smell like weed, and even have animal feces. 4) I was randomly starting to get charged over $50 a month for electric which is ridiculous for a 2 bedroom apartment. I was never charged that much for electric before but now I am and it is absurd. 5) maintenance staff takes forever to get back to you and rarely actually fixes the problem unless you put the request in more than once. 6) I have been stopped multiple times and asked if I would like to buy weed. This is not okay and does not make anyone feel safe. there are always people just hanging out around the complex who look like they shouldn't be there. 7) The "tour" where they show you what a unit looks like is extremely unaccurate and the units do not actually look that nice."

"I’ve lived here for a year and I just renewed my lease for next year. All in all it’s been amazing! Maintenance is quick and parking is free. My room is a decent size for the price point and overall it’s a clean place. The manager James is always available when needed and the staff is friendly."
