"I've been living at The Edge for the past six months and it is a great space with awesome people. The bathrooms and rooms are big, which is awesome! The staff is really nice and is always proactive to solve any problems."

"I have been living at The Edge for the school year, and It's not a 5-star hotel, but for a student who didn't want to live on campus it was great for me. The parking can be frustrating because there is no visitor parking, but I am also glad that I always have a place to park and don't have to worry about spots being full of visitors. I loved that it is fully furnished and so close to campus. There are new managers this year and they are awesome. The staff are very nice and always help when needed. The roommate pairing system is great. Overall, I think it's a great first apartment for college kids."

"Parents! Make sure you check other reviews on line (non google) and you will see that the overall ratings are less than 2 stars - which is still generous in my opinion. This idea that new management is so great is not my experience. They refuse to get on the phone to work through an issue stating they aren’t “allowed to discuss disputes.” This was a co-signed lease for my daughter who goes to school at WFU. Stay away from this complex - you will be stuck with non sense bills that your student can’t afford so it will be on you."
