"Wish I could no star for the experience was horrible. The house me and my boyfriend saw this morning was not that bad, but what was bad was the very unprofessional and rude property manager Kim. I could tell that the house wasn't taken care of very well for it was quite dirty and alot of things were heavily used ie (Refrigerator and stove) when on the phone yesterday we spoke with her and she said "Everything was referbished and like-new condition." That statement was very far from the truth. The story changed completely when we were there in person, "Only the windows and the tile was redone, walls repainted, carpet however was untouched and looked good enough,"as she said. She had a very rushed attitude and kept the vibe of hurry up so I can get my money not treating us like human beings...She had a my way or the highway attiude and said that she is the realtor and she knows the homes value. She even said that she had another appointment before even talking price.. more than likely a failed bluff attempt. The rent price of $910 is non-negotiable which a few houses down on the same block a larger home with 3 bedrooms, full patio, and garage is renting at 950 a month. That house is worth no more then 750 to 800 max. Its very cheap and it will cost you over $2000 just to move in. Terrible Experience anything with A Able Reality on it will instantly be a no go for us."

"I went to meet the realtor to view a home to rent. He was over 30 minutes late, never introduced himself and seemed to take offense when asked if he was the realtor. After viewing the home, we let him know that it wouldn't work for us. He immediately began to get very ugly and rude. If this is what happens when showing a home, there's no way I'd consider renting from them."

"Horrible experience!!!!! I called consistently to cancel a deposit that was legal because no papers were signed yet to rent a house. They ignored my calls and told me legally they could keep my check. They lied. NO THEY CAN'T. They finally wrote me a check back after going through hell with them. The owners got in my face yelled, cussed and Logan flipped off my husband off and told me to get off their property while they write my check. I can't believe they handled themselves like this! Beware!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!"
