When I showed up at the office, the lady said we didn't have an appointment and that we needed to fill out another application on top of the application we already filled out. She then said my boyfriend and I couldn't qualify for an apartment because my boyfriend is a full-time college student. She said in order for us to be approved he would have to be only part time. When I asked for proof of this, she said she didn't have any."
