"The maintenance guys are great! Our breaker box blew up last night (sparked and it ruined the box) and Martin was quick to get here as it was after hours and fix the situation. All the guys are very friendly and say hey every time they see us outside! I would move here just for the maintenance guys!"

"I have been a resident at Chapins Landing for a couple of years now. There have been a lot of changes made to improve the property and apartments. The maintenance staff are hardworking (understaffed) and complete repairs quickly. The office staff answer phone calls quickly and are extremely kind, professional, and helpful. They do what they can with any problems and bring in outside vendors for anything they can't do themselves in-house. They continue to do updates throughout the property to add value to the property. The pools are fantastic, the gym has been redone, there is a dog park, volleyball court and basketball court....the only thing missing is a playground. The location is absolutely perfect and the area is very safe and quiet. You couldn't ask for a better location. We are less than a mile away from the mall, Sacred Heart Hospital/Children's Hospital, tons of restaurants, and the airport."

"Save yourself the grief of renting here. The apartments are run down and in much needed repair. (Don’t let the photos fool you.) Repairs are half done, or painted over. There are feral cats everywhere. The pool is slimy and poorly maintained. The office staff says one thing and does another. They are offering free reserved parking to leave good reviews online so beware of that. We still reside here so I’m using a pseudo name to prevent retaliation. We have had mice and roaches. They never spray for pest control even though we are charged for it. Some people have trash sitting outside their doors for weeks at a time and nothing is done about it. The location is great, but that’s about it. It is definitely not worth the cost of rent to be so run down."

"Starting over as previous issue still has not been addressed and that post had gotten quite long... Great place to live if you're looking for a stray and feral cat sanctuary. They have taken over this entire area, and it seems to be too difficult of an issue to be addressed at all, even though it's serious hazards to health and safety of residents and pets alike. In addition, it's against the law to harbor (such as feeding) cats that have not been sterilized and vaccinated, to protect us. Stray and feral cats are included in your lease at no charge to you, and are expected to be catered to. They will climb all over your vehicles. Good luck getting them to fix all that damage. They will make every tree, bush, nook and cranny reek like urine and feces. Enjoy your time at the pool, as this is a popular area for them to overtake, and the smell radiates through several buildings. Forget enjoying the volleyball court, as this is just a giant litter box. This complex is so overpopulated that the cats have become hostile and aggressive. Hope your pets are fully vaccinated and have flea and tick prevention before you take them outside! To management: since you can't be bothered to take a simple stroll outside and address some of the residents that are encouraging this population growth (and breaking the LAW) I've done some of this work for you. These residents are: 402A-sliding door facing pool, 405A, 400A, 201C-at bottom of stairs, 201B, building 410(they not only feed the strays, but let their own cats roam outside freely, not only a violation of leash laws, but also lease agreement.) I'll continue to update this list. The office can send out text and emails to residents about things important or not, but still won't ask people to stop breaking the law/lease and not feed the strays."

"From the beginning management was super helpful and responsive regarding all my questions and typically responded back within only a few hours! The apartment itself is super beautiful and the balcony makes it even better. The property is near many restaurants and shopping places as well as colleges and emergency care. I've personally had no problem with my unit at all, I had nothing to write down upon move in regarding damages which is amazing. They gave me a personal tour upon move in and had pest control come the next day to spray! We had one issue a couple weeks ago regarding our hot water heater however maintenance was there within 30 minutes of calling and had the issue fixed within the hour. The pool is beautiful and the area is always cleaned and refreshing. One of my favorite features is the dog park which includes stimulating obstacles for the dogs to play on! There is a problem with animal feces in the dog park but that's an owner problem, not the management(they send out emails and have signs posted, THEY HAVE DONE THEIR PART). Like some reviews say, there is cats wandering around but they have not been a disturbance in my opinion at all. I love seeing all the wildlife and animals that roam like squirrels, birds and everyone's sweet pups! This property is the property of dreams and I have absolutely loved living here!"
