"I lived at Woodcliff apartments for 3 years and my time there was an incredible experience. It was the first apartment complex I ever rented from and I could not be more thankful for Lisa and Courtney. Woodcliff really makes you feel at home and safe! The maintenance men were always there if something went wrong(it was not a lot), but they would be there so quick to help. Every time they entered the apartment they were so kind and they are always doing their best to make sure things go right! Big shout out to Lisa and Courtney and the maintenance men! If you are ever looking to rent I highly recommend woodcliff!"

"I have been living here for over 700 days. During this time, I became a single mother of a dog. This apartment complex is the most dog friendly (and cat (shoutout to McStuffins)). There are two dog parks and ample courtyard space for your fur baby. The pool is so clear blue; I wish it was my eye color. The residents are a small community and will look out for each others. The worst part of this place is that there is no margarita machine. What can I say? Nothing is perfect but this place is near perfect or shall I say purrfect. The staff is amazing and the maintenance technicians are fantastic."

"I have lived at Woodcliff for just over 8 months. As a military member who has been in Pensacola since 2021, I wish I had known about this place sooner! The front office and maintenance staff are all excellent and make this place like a home away from home. Any issues I’ve ever had have been immediately addressed. They are friendly and very invested in Woodcliff as a community. They also have excellent dog parks which was a must for myself and my dog Moose. I would thoroughly recommend their apartments to anyone!"

"I can't say enough good things about Woodcliff Apartments! My rental was immaculate upon possession. I had one small issue with the balcony door. Jesse, one of the maintenance team, responded the same day. Afterward, each time I saw this kind man, he asked if I needed anything. I saw maintenance staff and groundskeeping staff working around the complex daily. The pool and laundry facilities were always clean and well-maintained. They have a car wash! And even have a dog park! The staff are sticklers about "cleaning up" after your pets. Me and my Labrador Yogi greatly appreciated it. I hadn't lived in an apartment for years. The property manager, Courtney, was patient with my technology challenges. It was her welcoming demeanor that made me choose Woodcliff. She was always available for questions and willing to help during my stay. This is your first stop if you are looking for a quiet, well-maintained apartment complex."
