"I’ve had issues with my AC unit over 11x in the past year, they “fix it” and it messes up yet again. The property manager does not care. Told me “77 degrees isn’t hot to her”. Refused to prorate my rent for the days I couldn’t stay here due to the AC not working. DO NOT RENT HERE. Run, actually."

"My ac stops working at least four times a year, which in Florida is ridiculous. It takes them weeks to fix and they declare it as a non emergency. They are constantly doing construction & I work from home so it's annoying. They are supposed to give you a 72 hr notice bur they rarely do. The front staff are rude & take forever to get back with you. They are supposed to have pest control but rarely see that happen. Not an ideal place to live so definitely look elsewhere. There's mold that they just paint over. I've had maintenance requests put in from months ago."

"We've been living here for close to a year now and I honestly do not understand the negative reviews I'm reading. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. My 9 year old daughter loves to go on walks to the office just to say hi to everyone who is working. The apartment is decent sized and well taken care of. It's a quiet complex, and on the rare occasion of trouble, the staff is always quick to deal with the source of the problem. The grounds are well maintained, frequently there are events like porch decorating contests, food trucks set up by the office, and celebration days. Like recently there was national tortilla day."
