"Landings of Pensacola was an amazing place to live, moving was due to work relocation but if not for that we would have stayed longer. We loved the community and friendships we made, what a lovely bunch of people that live there. The communal view is amazing, you could really not get tired of the view overlooking the water.Thank you Sherry for all your help getting us an apartment at your community and welcoming us, you were the best property manager ever! I definitely recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a nice community that is central to everything, you can have the peace of not being right in down town P'cola."

"This is the most wonderful community. As a west coast native, these Floridians really made me feel at home. The apartments are very well maintained and maintenance is extremely responsive to any request. The landlord is kind and professional, always available to help with any concerns. The other tenants are kind and friendly. It's a nice quiet place to relax by the water. ALSO you can watch the blue angels practice! That does mean you will have a little patriotic noise during the day. Anyone would be lucky to live here! Do be aware that the washer and dryer are not full size, that is the only thing I wish I knew. But it's worth it. If you have large comforters just take them down to Emerald Coast laundry mat. There is a drop off service that works great!"

"I lived at the Landings for seven years and enjoyed every minute. This is most definitely a hidden gem with wonderful neighbors and management. You can't beat the view and the pool makes you feel like you are on vacation. I will miss this place so much!!"

"From the get go, Sherry the apartment manager is amazing. Attentive, helpful, and from what I’ve seen, she has a gift for attracting great tenants!(referring to my neighbors, not tooting my own horn) within an hour of arriving to move in, over 6 neighbors had I traduced themselves, offered to help me move in, and all extremely inviting yet low key. Great rent rates and the place is in excellent shape. The owner and staff care about the property, and it shows. Thanks y’all!"

"I had a very positive rental experience here, after having only lived in homes I owned for many years. The manager (Sherry) was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I had very good turn around for the few maintenance requests I had. The location is perfect, and especially good if you have a boat. The pool is nice, and the dock makes for a great place to sit after a long day. Really cannot recommend a better spot on the west side, especially for the price."
