"For the most part I liked living here. Caussaundra was really nice and helpful and there were some people who planned events that were really sweet. The only thing that irritated me to no end was that people would constantly leave their dog poop and litter around my building. Also the laundry unit ended up being in my room. No issues other than that really."

With the many drastic changes that are going on in this world and or the economy today, I am very grateful, thankful, and blessed to have a place to go to and call home. When there are so many people out here in Escambia County alone that are homeless with no shelter. So I can't and I won't complain. "Josie the manager is extremely nice and good at her job. The apartments are decent and well priced. There's definitely cosmetic issues, BUT you get what you pay for (not everywhere can have granite and luxury updates) and they've done well with things such as flooring. My AC went out and they replaced it extremely quickly. Overall these apartments are great enough for me to re-sign! Master closet is massive, which is a huge plus for me and they allow pets."

"I was very happy with our apartment during our lease. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Management was always available by phone or email to address any concerns. Maintence issues followed up on in a timely matter. I felt like a valued tenet, and would recommend anyone needing an apartment to give Ninth Avenue Apartments chance. I was especially happy with the square footage for the price."

"This complex is literally located in the middle of town, making drives downtown and the commute to the university a breeze, and all for an affordable rent. The apartments themselves are adorable; my unit in particular had lovely dark wood laminate flooring, which won me over straightaway. Noise does filter rather easily from unit to unit, but neighbors are usually respectful of quiet hours. Another plus had to be how pet-friendly they were as well as the prompt response from maintenance for unit requests. Last, but definitely not least, there's Josie, the landlord. I don't think the complex would be as pleasant without her. She is always bright and willing to help, treats her tenants with respect, and is always looking out for issues to solve in the community areas. My sister and I would for sure rent from them again if we had to remain in Pensacola for longer."
