"Not worth the money....in 6 months raising rent $100.00 more. Totally ridiculous. Don't come here to live/rent... They don't have regular pest control like most apartment places have, now I know most places have rodents running loose, but at least they are controlled...here, NOT controlled! By next year you're paying $1500 for a $750 living, roofs that need repairs since 2 years ago during a hurricane. Rent is now at 950. No way is it worth it. Conditions are if not deplorable, very very OLD...most people can't afford higher paying housing. A shame on Blue angel apartments."

"If you're looking for decent apartment for a decent price keep driving. Do not stop here. After being there for just one year they were going up on my rent over $100 . And during the entire year there was not one capital Improvement made to my unit. The units are old and the exteriors of most of them are in a state of minor disrepair. The owners of this property are only interested in one thing, getting as much money from tenants as possible, instead of charging reasonable rates for these half decent accommodations."

"Small space at an affordable price. But the manager is very lazy and will not send maintenance to fix a thing without threatening them. Also, we paid rent and they decided to leave a 3 day on my door (we paid over 15 days ago for June). It’s like playing cat and mouse to catch “Dorthy” in the office. They are a classic example of why tenants NEED to have every paper ever given signed and dated and receipts for rent (thankfully we have all the above). Don’t waste your time unless you are desperate. We had fecal matter backing up into our apartment, and this is a “non-emergency” to them. There’s just always 100 excuses and just never any real action."

"If something is wrong with your apartment, good luck getting anything done about it. They won't even answer the EMERGENCY LINE. But pay the rent a half-second late and they suddenly can answer phone calls and return your calls to harass you about money. For how much they charge you'd think you'd be able to rely on them when there is an issue, but don't get your hopes up."

"I wouldn’t recommend these apartments at all ❗️ There old and not updated . The property managers change every other week the appliances are never fixed but they harass you if the rents late . They are a rip off and only want there money"
