"This place is family-oriented and for the old souls which I love. The booking staff are good people that are accommodating and super friendly. They have a pool and the views are spectacular from the balcony’s. Definitely not a place to go if you’re wanting to be loud and party all night. But very private and I’ll be back for sure for my third time."

"The absolute BEST PLACE TO RENT OR OWN A CONDO on Perdido Key, FL ( Orange Beach area ) you can always tell it is run to perfection when the same people have been in charge for over 30 years!! Lawrence & Valerie have always gone way above and beyond to make “The Mariner ” the best there ever was and the charges are very reasonable. Absolutely the very best!! Everything around the condo is manicured like they sat down and trimmed each shrubbery and grass with tiny clippers and they are such a down to earth and honest couple!! I absolutely love going there to visit just to catch up on what has been going on with them and their gorgeous children!!! Please support this wonderful establishment. "I grew up coming here- the property managers are AMAZING- Valerie and Lawrence will make sure you have an amazing stay! Condos are clean and maintained, the pool is always clean, and the grounds are always kept up- the grass is perfect for running around playing tag with kids from all over who you have only just met and will likely never meet again, but that doesn’t matter because for the week you are they, those stranger kids are your best childhood friends! The walk to the beach is short and the boardwalk to the beach is nice and kept up. My family has never had any issue with any aspect of our stay here over the course of 25 years"

"We love the Mariner because of the excellent location, price, and the great maintenance/ownership crew that takes care of it. It is quiet and far enough away from the big party scenes, but you can still get to tons of fun stuff around Orange Beach and Pensacola. It is a very short walk to the white sand beach, and the pool is always well kept. It's always one of the highlights of our year! I've been going here with my parents for practically all my life, and even though me and my other two siblings are now grown and married, we still all come down every year in May for a week to stay at the Mariner."
