"Nora and the staff here are great. Nora took a lot of time to help with a complaint that I had and was so helpful and kind. We have been residents going on 3 years now. I think The Flats are a nice place to live and I've been happy with my experience here overall."

"Nora really does care about the tenants that live here, and she has a really good team. Things were getting rocky here and we were ready to dip out but she got us taken care of and solved the issues we were having with our unit. The Flats is really turning around for the better, they have a good maintenance team and they are improving all around. This is a safe place to live, the amenities have improved and Nora and her team are great."

"Moving in 3 years ago, everything was fine. Everything has slowly gone downhill since. Leaking sinks in bathroom and kitchen, apartments are mold infested which has ruined my clothes and furniture AND HEALTH, roaches are constantly in my apartment no matter how much I clean, obnoxious neighbors who get obliterated all day, argue outside and blast music all through the night, no parking because residents constantly have more people move in not on a lease, homeless people sleeping in cars, and not to mention staff is sweet but not attentive whatsoever. Nothing ever gets done because they have only one maintenance person. Most people moving in here are section 8 based and trash this place and let their kids roam unsupervised. They continue to raise your rent every year and nothing improves. Move here if a college dorm/section 8 based setting is ideal for you!"

"I moved in and everything was good, start3d noticing how little the staff cared about itz tenants. Reported a leaky roof after a hard rain, said it was repaired, after the rain, the leak was back. Later in God year, my outside roof started to sag and finally gave way, reported it and 3 months later when I loved out, it had still not been fixed, lots of black mold underneath it as well"

"I lived here for 2 years and I have nothing but good things to say. It was my first apartment and it is truly lovely, very roomy and Nora and Freida are the sweetest ladies you will meet. Your needs are met and accommodated, and the location is perfect for students to commute, and less than 10 minutes from Cordova Mall and Sacred Heart Hospital. It is a bit pricey, so as long as you have a well paying job it is worth it. For the people complaining about bugs: they have a bug guy that comes every Wednesday to spray. Just tell the office you want to be put on the list and they will come and spray your apartment. As for fleas, if you do end up getting fleas in your apartment (which can easily happen with pets and the Florida heat) flea bombs will knock them out. The Flats has been a wonderful experience for me and I was sad to say goodbye. I will miss the office ladies, the wonderful location, and Flats the cat. Thank you for making my first apartment experience a great one :)"
