"I chose the Avalon simply based on their prices when I moved to Pensacola & was immediately surprised when I saw how nice it was in real life. I’ve been here for a year now & have zero complaints. The apartments are always so clean and updated. Maintenance comes the same day you put in a request. The dog park, pool, and tanning bed are always available and well taken care of. And the office staff are always here if we need anything. I’m very happy I chose here!"

The management team was very kind to us and always followed up if we could not reach them initially. They were also very flexible with our stressful move out process. The maintenance staff is always out and about keeping the grounds nice and they were very quick to respond to any work order we submitted.
