"If I could give zero I would! My elderly mother lives here and has been prank called for police to come out multiple times-kids nearby I’m sure- (documented and police couldn’t reach management in office either) she has gang graffiti by her door currently-been there 3 weeks management is aware. No one is in the office they leave whenever they want to. Then charge my mom extra late fees on her rent because she cannot reach anyone in the office-they were rude to her and could care less that these extra fees were not on her. The maintenance is awful-no manager 90% of the time. It’s so bad here-as soon as we can we will be getting her out of this place. terrible. Just read the rest of reviews and there ya go-it’s just section 8 people and those who are on fixed incomes. You got weed smells, loud people, kids running in the streets no adult supervision-trash and littering everywhere-pool never open-don’t take my word for it just look at the reviews."

"If I could give the 0 stars I would.. I currently live here and absolutely hate it but until tax time it’s the only place I have.. they get told by cops they need to evict some people who have been harassing me and these people are still here.. stoddert place treats people unfairly and it’s ridiculous.. they have a huge roach problem and when you put in the request to have pest control come out they don’t get them out there for you.. I’ve never seen so many cops or ambulance constantly in one area as what I do with this apartment complex.. the kids in the complex are horrible I can’t even let my kids go out and play because I don’t want them to get bullied or anything.. legal actions need to be done towards them for some of the stuff that happens here.."

"I don’t live there but drive by everyday and there are huge piles of trash by the dumpster areas. Maybe spend some money and have them picked up more often . Those huge piles of trash attract rats and it’s a terrible eyesore to see the trash there along Blue Angel."

"Do not rent from here. They charge you an extra $120 5 days after you pay rent, just to charge you an extra $100 in late fees. You know, after you already paid your balance down to zero. The management staff is absolutely terrible, they will slap a band-aid on any problem you have in your apartment and refuse to make the problem better. Not to mention the rampant bug problem. Ants, spiders, roaches, wasps, and more. I’ve lived here for a month and would rather be living in a trailer. Id get treated the exact same way for cheaper."
