"I came in the other day to view an apartment. I was given a tour by Miss Angel. She was a very professional and knowledgeable leasing consultant. I was very pleased with the tour I was given. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the landscape. 10/10 recommend this apartment complex."

"Update 01/28/2024 Jennifer was an amazing manager, I have met the new lady and she is very kind. But after living here for 6 plus months my views on the property have changed drastically. NO faults to the workers as they can only fix what they can with what little support and staff they get from the actual management company I personally met the district manager an felt she was down right rude and felt she does not care for the people who rent from them at all . It has taken months to get very simple things done like the microwave light need to be replaced the ceiling fan on the patio does not work and has not since I have lived here. and now I have MOLD growing in my apartment. Other issues we have with this property is that you can only use the portal to pay rent from the 1st -5th and must be the full payment. I have never been in a place like that. They very much need to change the portal to be able to accept payment as we like to pay rent on a weekly basis when we get paid which helps not having to have a large payment on the 1st of the month. Even if they allowed payments as long as you stay current on rent . I also feel that they need to be more involved with the people that are in there community like monthly resident meetings. so everyone is on the same page. If positive changes are not made I will be moving out. I can't have my children around mold. I currently live in a 2 bedroom and have a garage our payment is $1670 a month. I came from a 4 bed 3 bath house only paid $1900 so this is very over priced and I truly need a 3 bedroom but not at the prices they want or the lack of care. 06/23 what a great experience, we moved here from out of state the property manager was great in communicating with us. she was able to work with us and our schedules to get us into this apartment. property management and maintenance have been amazing. Any issues I’ve had. They have addressed quickly. we have been very fortunate to have a nice neighbor and of course I get to watch all the planes come in. which is something that my children love. Honestly, the price for rent is great. The location is amazing a couple minutes away from the beach Expressway. 1.2 miles away from 59. Close to the grocery store, which is always a plus. You’re definitely happy with the decision we made to live at Sweetwater Apartments in Gulf Shores Al"

"I had the pleasure of getting to know some great people on this property. Jennifer, Aliya, and John have been great. They’ve always been available when needed. I’ve known John for a while, and he has always gone above and beyond to get any maintenance requests completed. All properties have their flaws, but these individuals give their best efforts to try and meet the needs of their tenants."

"I love living here at Sweet water apartments I moved here from Hoover Al and it is so quiet here!! Great place to live with children nice employees Sandy is regional manager my dishwasher went out and another one will be here soon!! Maintenance staff is the bomb very hard workers !! So I give a 5 star to maintenance thumbs up you guys keep up the good work"
