"I’ve been living in apartment communities my entire life and this is by far the worst I’ve ever lived in. They tow cars for the slightest parking infractions and have zero respect for their residents. Management under the Alexan company used to be wonderful but management under the new company is awful. Community is well kept but things are broken all the time such as the front gate and the power in the dog grooming room. Yesterday my car was towed. I had parked next to a curb because there was not a single space available in the community parking lot. Even though it was registered in the community and displayed a parking permit, I was towed rather than being given a warning. What’s worst is I wasn’t even notified of the towing. Warnings issued by the parking company result in email notifications. But apparently, towing does not. There is nothing I can do but go pick up the car and pay an exorbitant pick up fee. For some reason, this community chose to partner with a towing company that is located 30 minutes away. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Do not live here."

"Caseros Apartments has excellent office service from the ladies, and since they took over managing the property, there's been a tremendous improvement compared to the previous owners. Whenever we have a problem, they act quickly and efficiently to try to meet our needs as best as they can. Honestly, it's difficult to find a place where they listen and care about your needs, which is why I recommend them not only for the beautiful and spacious apartments they have but also for the attention we residents receive."

"Living at Casero is really great. I've been here almost a year and can't complaint how they are. The fitness center, pool and recreation are always in perfect condition. Also all the staff is really fit for their position. Yoeglis the manager is always on top of everything and has an excellent customer service. She is being doing a great job at this property, i rate her as a 5 star manager."

"Yet again trash. MAJOR issues with internet AGAIN! I have no internet!! Unconscionable really!! Paying for services NOT rendered. From trash issues — UNSANITARY overflow of trash bins and missed pickups to dog feces all over the property YET MORE UNSANITARY and violations of quiet enjoyment with the upstairs neighbor. This is unacceptable! Every category applies here. Messages and complaints are ignored is another favorite. I made a request nearly a month ago to eliminate pests and cocoons and NOTHING. Contractual obligations are not being met - unsanitary trash, dog feces EVERYWHERE. I already had to send a 7-day notice. New management company nowhere to be found nor do they answer the phone. Definitely grounds for terminating a lease that is not worth the $3k per month. - update 11/30/23 - NOTHING has changed or improved. Still unsanitary, still no internet, still trash overflowing and unsafe pieces of broken wood for any pet or child to get injured. Filthy hallways. LOUD neighbors so zero quiet enjoyment. Internet outages which affect livelihood if you work from home. This place was bought and changed management in September and it has completely gone downhill. Clearly the 5 star ratings come with perks."

"Please stay away from this community if you ever want to have at least a decent internet! If you have no need to use home internet then this is the right place!.. Issues with AT&T internet have been going for months and months. Past management never solve the issue and the new management haven’t been able to do much still. While I understand the new management is at least trying to solve the issue, they haven’t understand that this has been going for months before they got here so a more drastic and legal solution is required. In the meantime everyone keeps getting billed for the internet that they are not providing. I wish the new management could actually do something but so far looks the same as the very bad old management that we had! Hopefully that changes but for now please don’t even think about renting here if you use home internet at all."
